shrimp caesar with pasta & vegetables

1 lb (454g) Western Family Black Tiger Shrimp (or prawns),
thawed, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp (40 mL) Western Family All Purpose Flour
3 tbsp (40 mL) Western Family Olive Oil
1 lb (454g) Western Classic or Western Family Pasta (cut of your choice)
1 lb (454g) Western Family Frozen Vegetables (of your choice)
2 tbsp (25 mL) water
1 cup (250 mL) Western Family Creamy Caesar Dressing (Regular or Lite)
1 /2 cup (50 mL) heavy cream
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Pat shrimp dry with paper toweling. Toss shrimp with flour. Heat oil in a large sauté pan and fry the shrimp for 2 - 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

Place the pasta and vegetables in a pan. Turn heat on high, when water boils, add Western Family Creamy Caesar Dressing and heavy cream, cover and cook for 5 - 7 minutes, stir until the sauce is thick and the pasta and vegetables are heated through. Remove from heat.

Add thyme and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
