Western Family English Muffins, halved
Western Family Non-hydrogenated Margarine
4 slices Western Family Ham
4 poached eggs
1 250mL jar Western Classics Hollandaise Sauce, heated

Toast muffin halves and spread with margarine (if desired). Keep warm.

In a skillet or microwave heat ham. On each muffin half, place a piece
of ham.
3.
Top with a poached egg.
4.
Spoon warm Western Classics Hollandaise Sauce over poached eggs on muffins.
Serve immediately.
To
keep the fat in check, use 2-3 tablespoons of Hollandaise sauce on each
muffin. Balance the meal with fresh fruit salad and a glass of skim milk.
