tuna salad with a crunch
250 mL (1 cup) cottage cheese
30 mL (2 tbsp) skim milk
30 mL (2 tbsp) Western Family Dijon Mustard
50 mL (3 tbsp) Western Family Lemon Juice
2 (170 g) cans Western Family Chunk Light Tuna, drained
1 can (227 mL) sliced water chestnuts, drained
125 mL (1/2 cup) sliced almonds
500 mL (2 cups) celery, chopped

Blend cottage cheese, milk and mustard in a food processor, put in a salad
bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve
with Western Family Pita Bread, Western Family English Muffins or Western
Family Snack Crackers.
