(1 pkg.) Western Family Strawberry Jelly Powder
250 mL (1 c.) boiling water
500 mL (2 c.) Western Family French Vanilla Ice Cream
250 mL (1 c.) fresh strawberries (sweetened if desired)
1-170g Western Family Graham Pie Crust

Bake prepared graham pie crust for 6 to 9 minutes as per package directions.
Cool before filling.

To make strawberry chiffon: Dissolve jelly powder into boiling water.
Stir in ice cream until melted. Chill until almost set. Fold strawberries
into gelatin mixture. Pour into prepared pie crust. Chill until firm,
approx. 6 hours.
3.
Garnish with strawberries and whipped cream.
