prairie gran harvest pilaf

2 - 165 g pkg. Uncle Ben's Harvest Rice
2 tbsp. (30 mL) Butter or Margarine
3 1/3 c. (825 mL) vegetable stock
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp. (15 mL) minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Prepare rice according to package directions, adding the bay leaves and garlic to the pan while cooking.

2. Remove bay leaves before serving.
