- 165 g pkg. Uncle Ben's Harvest Rice
2 tbsp. (30 mL) Butter or Margarine
3 1/3 c. (825 mL) vegetable stock
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp. (15 mL) minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare rice according to package directions, adding the bay leaves and
garlic to the pan while cooking.

Remove bay leaves before serving.
