200g Brie Triple-Crème Chevalier Cheese
150g Smoked Salmon
Fresh dill
Western Family Capers
Fresh lemon slices
Rectangular canapés

Slice the Brie Triple-Crème Chevalier Cheese and the smoked salmon into horizontal strips.

1. Cover the canapés with fresh dill leaves

2. Place salmon strips in the centre, packed between two strips of Brie cheese.

3. Decorate each cheese slice with a few capers and cover the smoked salmon with lemon slices.
