Oven Baked Fries
2 large baking potatoes, 2
sweet potatoes and/or yams
10 mL Western Family olive oil 2 tsp
salt, pepper or seasonings
of your choice such as oregano,
rosemary, onion and garlic powder,
paprika, Italian seasoning, or
crushed red chilies

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick baking sheet.

Scrub potatoes, peel if necessary and cut into ½" (1.25 cm) thick julienne slices or chunks. Place in
large bowl. Add oil and toss to coat.
3.
Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
