moca marshmallow cream
400g
white mini marshmallows
75 mL (1/3 cup) Western Family Pure Chocolate Chips
15 mL (1 tbsp) sugar
250 mL (1 cup) brewed Western Classics Special Blend Coffee
250 mL (1 cup) whipping cream
nut brittle (crushed)

In double boiler, cook and stir marshmallows, chocolate chips and sugar
until marshmallows are dissolved.

Chill the mixture until it is about to set.
3.
Whip cream and fold into mixture. Place in a wet ring mold. Chill at least
4 hours.
Invert and cover the top with crushed nut brittle.
A
little piece of this decadent dessert goes a long way. It makes a wonderful
finish to a holiday meal, such as Roast Turkey and Cranberry & Orange
Salad. |
