marinated vegetable pizza 1
(10"/25 cm) ready-made pizza crust
1 (213 mL) tin Western Family Tomato Sauce
6 oz. (170 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and sliced
3/4 c. (175 mL) sliced roasted red bell peppers
1 (170 mL) jar Western Classics Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
1/3 c. (75 mL) Western Classics Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained of
oil and chopped
1/2 c. (125 mL) crumbled Feta cheese (optional)
Fresh basil (optional)
Preheat
oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Spoon sauce over pizza crust. Arrange
chicken, peppers, artichoke hearts and tomatoes on crust. Sprinkle with
crumbled feta. If desired, top with chopped fresh basil. Place pizza
on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until piping hot.
