15 Minute low-fat vegetarian skillet dinner

mL (1 1/2 c.) Western Family Elbow Macaroni
1 medium onion, chopped
5 mL (1 tsp.) each garlic powder, basil and oregano
1 can (796 mL) Diced Tomatoes in Tomato Juice
375 mL (1 1/2 c.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (398 mL) Western Family Kidney Beans

Cook pasta according to package directions.

In large non-stick skillet, cook onion in 1 tsp. oil until tender. Add
all other ingredients and stir until mixture boils. Stir in pasta.

Turn down heat and simmer until serving. Adjust spices to taste; add hot
sauce if desired
