(pint) basket fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup (250mL) cherries
1 cup (250 mL) purple, seedless grapes
1 can (398 mL) Western Family Apricot Halves, drained
2 tbsp (30 mL) orange liqueur
1 pkg (85g) Western Family Lemon Jelly Powder
1 3/4 cups (450 mL) boiling water
Garnish: fresh mint leaves
1.
Soak strawberries, cherries, apricots and grapes in liqueur for 30 minutes.

Dissolve jelly crystals in water, set aside and allow to cool to room
temperature.
3.
Place fruit in individual molds. Cover with jelly and place in fridge
to set.
Turn
out onto plate and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve with ice cream
or whipped topping if desired.
