hearty hamburger soup

lb. (454g) Lean Ground Beef
1 can (28 oz./796 mL) Western Family Crushed Tomatoes
1 can (14 oz./398 mL) Western Family Red Kidney Beans
1 can (14 oz./398 mL) Western Family Tomato Sauce
1 can (10 oz./284 mL) Western Family Mushrooms
6 cups (1.5 Litre) water
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 tsp. (10 mL) Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. (2 mL) Western Family Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 small zucchini, chopped
2 c. (500 mL) Western Family Small Pasta Shells, uncooked
Western Family Parmesan Cheese
1 medium onion, chopped

In a large stockpot brown meat and onions.

Add tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, mushrooms, water, carrots, celery
and seasonings. Bring to boil.

Reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add zucchini and pasta
and simmer for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before
serving.
