hashbrown quiche

bag (500g) Western Family Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes
250 mL (1 c) Western Family Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded
250 mL (1 c) Western Classics Swiss Emmental Cheese, shredded
250 mL (1 c) Western Family Ham, diced
4 eggs
125 mL (1/2 c) milk
2 mL (1/4 tsp) pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Slightly thaw hashbrown potatoes. Remove
excess moisture. Press potatoes into a greased 9" quiche pan. Bake
for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and lower temperature to 350°F (180°C).

Sprinkle cheeses and ham evenly over the crust.

Beat together eggs, milk and pepper. Pour over cheeses and ham.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes, or until set. Serves 6.
For
a complete meal, serve with toasted raisin English muffins and fresh melon
slices.
