garlic and black bean saute
Marinade:
30 mL (2 tbsp.) Western Classics Black Bean Sauce
30 mL (2 tbsp.) Western Classics Sauterne Cooking Wine
30 mL (2 tbsp.) Western Classics Light Soya Sauce

Ingredients:
500g (1 lb.) boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips
30 mL (2 tbsp.) Western Family Pure Canola Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
500g (1 lb.) fresh green beans
5 mL (1 tsp.) sugar
15 mL (1 tbsp.) Western Classics Garlic Black Bean Sauce
175 mL (3/4 c.) water
15 mL (1 tbsp.) Western Family Corn Starch

Combine marinade ingredients and mix with pork; marinate for at least
1 hour in refrigerator.

Heat oil in a large frying pan; sauté garlic. Stir in pork and marinade;
cook until pork is no longer pink. Add green beans to pork and cook on
high heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Combine the last 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix well; stir into
frying pan and cook until sauce thickens and beans are tender but still
crisp. Serve with Western Family Long Grain Rice.
