c. (500 mL) Western Family Cranberry Cocktail, boiling
1-85g pkg. orange jelly powder
1-10 fl. oz. (284 mL) tin mandarin
orange segments, un-drained
1/2 c. (125 mL) dried cranberries
1 c. (250 mL) no-fat sour cream
2-3 tbsp. (30 to 45 mL) packed golden sugar

Combine boiling cranberry cocktail and jelly powder, stirring until
dissolved.

Add mandarin oranges (halved) and their juice and the dried cranberries;
mix well; place in refrigerator until starting to thicken (will take
up to 1-1/2 hours or more).

Beat (by hand) sour cream and sugar together; fold into thickened jelly
mixture.

+Pile into dessert glasses. Refrigerate until completely set (at least
3 hours). Should have a marbled look.
