classic lite four cheese tortellini

- 350g pkg. Western Classics Rainbow Torellini
15 mL (1 tbsp) Western Family Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
3 green onions, chopped
1 - 175g pkg. Western Family Smoked Ham, chopped
1 small red pepper, julienned
125 mL (1/2 c) Western Family Frozen Green Peas
1 - 330 mL pkg. Western Classics Four Cheese Sauce
50 mL (1/4 c) Western Family Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in skillet, melt margarine over medium heat; cook onions, red
pepper and ham for about 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in peas.
Add
cheese sauce and tortellini; cook for about 2 - 3 minutes or until heated
through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
