cajun chicken with gouda cheese wrap
Preparation time 20 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
1
zucchini, sliced lengthwise
1 each sweet red & yellow peppers, quarter
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
8 slices Saputo
Gouda Sliced Cheese
400g shaved Maple
Lodge Farms Cajun Chicken Breast
4 Western Family 10” flour tortilla shell (flavoured if desired)
1 tsp. butter/margarine
Brush
the zucchini with olive oil. Place zucchini, and sweet peppers on greased
grill over medium-high heat. Close lid & cook for 5-7
minutes on each side or until browned and vegetables are tender and
firm. Cut vegetable to desire size and place vegetables in bowl, toss
with vinegar. Let stand.
On large tortilla shell, lightly butter the whole shell right to the
edges to help the edges stick when rolling. Lay 2 slices of Saputo Gouda
Cheese on the shell. On the top of shell (closet to you) add the grilled
vegetables. Top it with the shaved Maple Lodge Farms Cajun Chicken Breast.
Roll up the wrap by starting at the bottom. Place 2 toothpicks into the
wrap to hold, cut wrap on a diagonal. Serve with your favourite salad.
