cashew sprinkled brussels sprouts

mL (4 cups) Western Family Frozen Brussels Sprouts
15 mL (1 tbsp.) Western Family Butter or Western Family Margarine
1 mL (1/4 tsp.) pepper
5 mL (1 tsp.) Western Family Lemon Juice
50 mL (1/4 cup) coarsely chopped salted cashews
1.
Place Brussels sprouts in a steamer basket and place over boiling water.
Cover and steam for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Drain water.

Return Brussels sprouts to pan, add butter or margarine, pepper and lemon
juice.
3.
Cook over medium heat until butter or margarine is melted. Sprinkle with
cashew nuts and serve.
