ceasar salad dressing

egg yolks
1 tsp. (5 mL) garlic
1 tsp. (5 mL) mustard
1 tsp. (5 mL) Western Family lemon juice
1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup (250 mL) vegetable oil

Add first 5 ingredients, beating after each one.

Gradually add the vegetable oil while beating. Should thicken as oil
is added.
Secret:
A Braun hand mixer works best with this recipe. Store surplus dressing
in a sealed glass container in the fridge. Will keep approx. 10 days.
