baked ambrosia in a cup


3 large oranges
1 - 398 mL (14 fl oz) Western Classics Tropical Fruit Salad
25 mL (2 tbsp) firmly packed brown sugar
15 mL (1 tbsp) Western Family Honey
25 mL (2 tbsp) unsweetened coconut
maraschino cherries

1. Heat oven to 350oF. Cut oranges in half crosswise. With serrated knife remove fruit. Separate oranges into sections. In medium bowl toss orange sections, fruit salad, brown sugar and honey.
Spoon into orange cups.

Place filled cups in 9" baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with coconut and continue baking until lightly browned.

Top each with a maraschino cherry.
